Zarmiquo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at https://zarmiquo.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Platform. Zarmiquo provides online cognitive assessments for educational and personal insight purposes only. We are committed to responsible, transparent data handling.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact form (name, email, phone, message), register for assessment services, complete an assessment, or communicate with us. Assessment responses and results are treated as sensitive data and handled with additional care.
We may automatically collect technical information including: IP address and general geographic location, browser type and settings, device type and OS, pages visited and time on page, referring website, and date/time of visit. This information is used in aggregate to improve the Platform and is not used to identify individual users without their consent.
We use personal information to: deliver and maintain our assessment services; respond to your inquiries; generate and display your assessment results; analyze usage patterns and improve user experience; comply with applicable legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may share data with: trusted service providers who assist in Platform operation (hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by contractual data protection obligations; governmental authorities where required by law; parties involved in a business transfer subject to confidentiality obligations; and where necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.
We retain contact form data for up to 24 months. Assessment data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for research purposes. Account data is retained for the account relationship duration plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; receive your data in a portable format; and opt out of marketing communications.
