Our policy on refund eligibility, process, and timeframes for paid services.
This Refund Policy applies to paid assessment services purchased through Zarmiquo at https://zarmiquo.com. Free-tier services are not subject to this policy. We want every user to have a positive experience, and encourage you to contact us before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
You may be eligible for a full refund if: a verified technical error prevented you from completing or accessing a paid assessment within 7 days of purchase; you were charged more than once for the same service; a paid service was not delivered after reasonable support attempts failed; or you have not yet started the assessment and request within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds are generally not issued if: you completed the assessment and received results; you accessed premium content; more than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase (unless documented technical failure); you are dissatisfied with your score (results are not modified based on preference); or a subscription was canceled after the renewal date for that billing period. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our assessments.
Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request." Include your full name, purchase email, date of purchase, order ID if available, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a determination within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Additional time may be required by your financial institution. Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as most issues can be resolved more efficiently through direct communication.
